The management team of HMT – Häseler Metall Technik GmbH.

After training as a toolmaker and further training as an industrial foreman, Joachim Hölzl became a co-partner of Häseler Metall Technik GmbH in 2017.

Since 2019, the family man has been appointed Technical Managing Director and manages the company in St. Georgen.

After training as a toolmaker and studying mechanical engineering at Munich University of Applied Sciences, Torsten Klimmer became a co-partner of Ernst Klimmer GmbH in 1997 and has managed the company since 2008.

Torsten Klimmer has been the main shareholder of HMT – Häseler Metall Technik GmbH and HMT has been part of the Klimmer Group since 2019.

1983 | anagement buy-out of DUAL

1983 to 1993 | Expansion of the entertainment appliance division

1993 | The collapse of consumer electronics in Europe leads to a change in strategy and the acquisition of various stamping plants

1995 | Launch of contract cleaning activities

1996 | Entry into progressive die technology

2001 | ISO 9001 certification, production of the P&F 1 cleaning unit with a planned annual capacity of 40 million parts

2004 | Acquisition of the 315 ton automatic punch-forming machine / max. tool length 2,500 mm First automated assembly of components in the progressive die Capacity expansion measures for the P&F 1 cleaning system

2005 | ISO/TS16949 certification, establishment of the test lab for technical cleanliness

2006 | Establishment of lab for adhesion tests, HMT cleans 20 million parts per year

2009 | Acquisition of 400 to servo press with interlinked cleaning system → max. tool length 3,000 mm Certification UM system ISO14001

2010 | Further extensive capacity expansion of the P&F 1 cleaning unit

2015 | Production of the P&F 2 cleaning plant with cleanroom and purification room

2015 – today | Main activities in the automotive sector:

  • Audio and navigation systems
  • Vehicle electronics (airbag, sensors)
  • Tachographs and toll systems for commercial vehicles
  • Cleaning technology: Service
