FORMED PARTS.

Drawing on the most advanced CAD equipment and years of experience, we manufacture formed parts in exact accordance with your data in both medium and large series. Our design department creates the concept for this during the process development phase, prepares the data and coordinates the manufacture of the deep-drawing tools you require. We also work with simulations for the ideal formed part to ensure a particularly quality-oriented production.

DEEP DRAWING.

We manufacture complex and ready-to-install deep-drawn parts of the highest precision from thin sheets, stainless steel, pre-coated sheets and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium. Given our wealth of experience, our highly-qualified employees, our in-house toolmaking, high-tech multi-stage presses as well as state-of-the-art CAD systems including simulation software, we can produce even the most complicated components in deep-drawing processes with unequivocal process reliability and superior quality.

ASSEMBLY AND SUBSEQUENT MACHINING.

We assemble your delivered parts or parts we have manufactured into assemblies and control every process automatically by camera or probe as part of our quality management system. In addition, we ensure complete traceability of the process sequences by means of data matrix code printing.
